This past month I've been having fun creating lots of messes in my studio while preparing for a couple of group shows opening in June. Posted is two examples. I ended the month taking David A. Leffel's workshop at the Palette and Chisel. It was another great experience with this master so my next posting will be examples of his demonstrations.

Wonderfully loose and gestural, Susan. If these are messes, stay messy!

Both of these are alluring! I look forward to seeing more.

Hi Sam
Hello Kerri,
Thanks so much for stopping by. I really appreciate the feedback. Hope you're both having fun making lots of big "messes" in your studios too!

Hey Pam, Yes, very fortunate to study with David. This was my fifth or sixth workshop with him and unfortunately he still has to tell me the same things over and over again. Happy Painting!

Hello Joan
Hi Diane
I can't express in words just how great it is to study with David even though his workshops are too full. He has amazing energy for a man his age and loves to teach. I greatly appreciate how completely he answers my questions. My next post will be of his last demo of the workshop
